Tank Requalification

A comprehensive inspection and testing services on storage tanks which covers the following scope of works: ocular inspection, overall assessment, calculations of minimum allowable thickness and maximum allowable working pressure, corrosion rate calculations, remaining life expectancy calculations, out of service inspection (OOSI) which include Magnetic Flux Leakage Testing (MFLT) on bottom plates, Vacuum Testing (VT) on bottom welds, Balanced Field Electromagnetic Technique (BFET) or Magnetic Particle Inspection on heat affected zone areas, Phased Array Ultrasonic on tee- joints, and random Ultrasonic Thickness Gauging (UTG) or UT Swift Crawler.
