Pressure Vessel Requalification

A comprehensive inspection and testing services on pressure vessel which covers the following scope of works: ocular inspection, overall assessment, calculations of minimum allowable thickness and maximum allowable working pressure, corrosion rate calculations, remaining life expectancy calculations, internal inspection which include Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) on all tee-joints, Low Frequency Electromagnetic Technique (LFET) and Matrix Array Ultrasonic Testing (MAUT) on base plates, Balanced Field Electromagnetic Technique (BFET) or Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) on heat affected zone areas, and random Ultrasonic Thickness Gauging.
